5 Questions with Benjamin Boyle

By: Yailyn Ayala (Sophomore)

September 9, 2018

Mr. Boyle has been in this school for 4 years. In that time, he has seen changes and some improvements. He believes that Senn will be a better school in the future. He used to work as a engineer but didn’t feel like it made him happy, so he became a teacher because he loves teaching people math and other things.

Ayala- If you were to be our Senn school president what would you add or change?

Boyle- I would try to celebrate the school diversity more, and bring it out through different ways. We have a flag of the assembly were we see all of the different cultures or countries represented but instead of just being a short part of the year, I think it would be good if it was expressed more throughout the year.

Ayala- Do you think Senn would be a better school in the future?

Boyle- Yeah definitely this is my fourth year here, and I definitely seen positive changes since I started.

Ayala- What did something start out badly for you but in the end, it was great?

Boyle- It could be something that I find challenging or startling but once I get through it I learned from it and I grow as a teacher or person.

Ayala- What weird food combinations do you enoy?

Boyle- I don’t know if it’s like weird but I like Italian food, it may not be something people think about all the time it’s like dipping red in olive oil, and parmesan cheese I think that taste really good.

Ayala- Do you like ice cream coffee?

Boyle- I do I don’t usually have it very often but yeah I like it.
